    In your email, please supply your name, phone number, and if I can leave a  message at that number.  Due to confidentiality concerns, please do not leave detailed information about your concerns when using email.  It is best to communicate this via the phone. I am looking forward to speaking with you. 

Fees and Insurance:

I can bill insurance and I am in-network with: 

Blue Cross/Blue Shield, 

Aetna, 

PacificSource,

 Moda. 

Any other insurance can be billed out-of-network, if it is cost-effective with your insurance benefit plan.  I also have discounts for prepayment plans, if billing insurance is not possible.  Finally if you are under financial hardship, I may have sliding scale appointments available. 

My fees are $130 for 50-min sessions and $150 for family or 60+ minute sessions. 

In the event that you are having an emotional crisis, you should call 911 or the Multnomah County Crisis Line at 503-988-4888.
