If you would like to schedule an appointment for counseling or have questions, please use the Contact button on this page. You may also contact me via email at counselingwithfrancesca@gmail.com to start the process.  My work phone number is (503) 502-0623 and is checked during office hours, therefore the contact form and email are the fastest way to contact me. 

    In your email, please supply your name, phone number, and if I can leave a  message at that number.  Due to confidentiality concerns, please do not leave detailed information about your concerns when using email.  It is best to communicate this via the phone during our initial consult to see if we might be a good fit. I am looking forward to speaking with you. 

Fees and Insurance:

I can bill insurance and I am in-network with: 

Blue Cross/Blue Shield, 

Aetna, 

PacificSource,

Moda. 

Any other insurance can be billed out-of-network, if it is cost-effective with your insurance benefit plan.  I also have discounts for prepayment plans, if billing insurance is not possible.  Finally if you are under financial hardship, I may have sliding scale appointments available. 

My fees are $130 for 50-min sessions and $150 for family or 60+ minute sessions. 

In the event that you are having an emotional crisis, you should call 911 or the Multnomah County Crisis Line at 503-988-4888.
